Accessibility Statement
Introduction
We place great importance on providing equal service to all customers and visitors and improving the service provided to customers and visitors with disabilities. Therefore, we invest significant resources to make the browsing experience accessible to the general population and especially to people with disabilities.
Our guiding principle is human dignity and freedom, a fundamental cornerstone of Israeli society, as we are all equal in rights and essence.
Website Accessibility
The purpose of making the website accessible is to make it available, user-friendly, and easier to use for people with special needs, including motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, visual impairments, blindness, color blindness, hearing impairments, and the elderly.
Standards and Regulations
We strive and make efforts to comply with the following requirements and standards:
Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) Level AA, as published by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium)
Accessibility Adjustments Made
As part of our efforts to make the website accessible, we have made the following adjustments:
The site has been optimized for use with common browsers and mobile devices, supporting various screen resolutions.
The navigation tools on the site are designed to be intuitive and clear.
The content on the site is organized hierarchically, clearly, and consistently across all pages.
Content is written in simple and clear language.
The website's code was written using accurate semantic tags.
Users can navigate between elements on the site using the keyboard by pressing the TAB key. Personal adjustments to the tabbing order and focus were made to serve the content and accessibility tools optimally.
Most images on the website have been supplemented with alternative text descriptions (Alt Texts) to assist visually impaired users using screen readers.
ARIA labels have been added to most elements to provide contextual descriptions for screen readers, even for elements without recognizable tags or images with Alt Text.
A contrast check was performed using Google Chrome's Lighthouse development tool to ensure that all texts and elements on the site are readable and recognizable.
We avoided using rapidly flashing or moving elements on the site as much as possible, and we have provided an option to disable all motion effects (Reduced Motion Settings) for users who prefer that.
Navigation elements were tested to meet accessibility standards regarding minimum size for touch or click on mobile devices.
Text sizes relevant to understanding, navigation, and usage on the site have been tested for comfortable reading, with a minimum font size of 10 pixels.
Please note that certain cosmetic elements, which are not critical for navigation and understanding, may not be subject to accessibility requirements.
Zooming in and out of all elements on the site within the browser can be done using:
Ctrl + Scroll-up/Scroll-down to increase or decrease text size.
Ctrl + to increase the text size.
Ctrl - to decrease the text size.
Ctrl 0 to reset to the original size.
Space (SPACE) to scroll down.
F11 to toggle full-screen mode.
